Return

You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order. We provide free returns of goods via Omniva parcel machines. To receive a shipping code, please fill out the contact form. Please indicate the order number, the goods to be returned, and the account number if you want the refund to be sent to another account.

After filling out the contact form, we will send you information and an Omniva shipping card to the email address you provided within one business day.

We will refund your money within two business days of receiving the item.

Please note that to return items, they must be in the same condition as you received them – clothing and accessories must be unworn and with original tags. Socks and tights must be in their original, unopened packaging.
